Adventure Sole Rooftop Tents are warranted to the original owner to be free of manufacturer defects and workmanship for two (2) years from the original purchase date. Discontinued or liquidated products are not covered under warranty. The limited warranty is subjected to the conditions listed below.
Should an Adventure Sole Rooftop Tents product be defective by reason of improper workmanship or material during the specified warranty period, Adventure Sole Rooftop Tents will replace or repair all necessary parts, without charge for parts or labor. Replacement parts may be new or re-built at Adventure Sole Rooftop Tents sole discretion. Replacement parts are free of charge within the two-year warranty period.
Manufacturers defect does not pertain to normal wear and tear, torn fabric from sharp objects, natural hazard damage (weather, animals, UV damage), seam leakage from needle holes, abuse, alteration, modifications, or excessive use.
Adventure Sole Rooftop Tents reserves the right to refuse any warranty that it feels is not a manufacturer defect.
In order for the warranty to be valid, you must have your proof of purchase (receipt from the place of purchase) to prove the date of purchase.
MAKING A WARRANTY CLAIM
You’ll need to contact Adventure Sole Rooftop Tent and provide the following information:
- Proof of purchase (receipt from place of purchase or packing slip—must show date).
- Defective issue:
- Figure out which part you require for replacement (i.e. pole, hardware, etc.).
- For material issues, please describe the issue and provide a photo of the defect.
- Contact information – name, full address, email address, and telephone number.
You will receive an email or phone call within seventy-two (72) hours informing you your warranty claim is in process. Standard processing time is one to six (1-6) weeks depending on the issue and stock levels.
For Adventure Sole Rooftop Tents, within the first ninety (90) days of the warranty period, standard shipping for replacement parts will be free. After ninety (90) days, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs for replacement parts.
If items are in stock, the standard processing time is one (1) week in addition to five to ten (5-10) days for shipping. If items are not in stock, it may take up to six (6) weeks as the part will have to be made.
Adventure Sole Rooftop Tents warranty policy is to ship parts via UPS, FedEX, or FedEx Freight in the US and Canada. Should a customer require the parts sooner, the customer is fully responsible for expedited shipping costs.
AFTER THE WARRANTY PERIOD
If your tent has been damaged due to excessive use, or is older than the two-year warranty period, you can purchase replacement parts by visiting www.adventuresolert.com. Replacement parts and shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility after the two-year warranty expires.
